Security & data privacy
Client data is sensitive by definition. MyPsyche encrypts it by default, and nothing reaches a client or an AI model without your explicit say-so.
Records, notes and answers are encrypted (AES-256-GCM) before they touch the database — not just the disk.
Clients see only what you explicitly share — homework, summaries, canvases — item by item, revocable any time.
Session audio is recorded only with documented consent and stored envelope-encrypted; withdrawing consent erases it.
AI drafts are suggestions with cited sources. Nothing enters the clinical record until you review and approve it.
Our AI providers are contractually barred from training on your data and work under short, fixed retention windows.
Every access to a record is written to an append-only audit log, and sessions are revocable server-side.
