Terms of Service
Last updated: 10 June 2026 · This English version is binding.
1. The service, and who may use it
MyPsyche is practice-management and clinical-documentation software for licensed mental-health professionals. By creating an account you confirm you are such a professional (or act under the supervision of one) and that you use MyPsyche in a professional capacity. The client portal is available to your clients only at your invitation and under your control.
2. Decision support — you remain the author
MyPsyche drafts clinical documentation for review, editing and approval by a licensed therapist. It does not diagnose, does not assess clients, and makes no treatment recommendations. AI-generated outputs are drafts and suggestions only; nothing enters the clinical record until you review and approve it, and you retain sole professional responsibility for all clinical judgments and for the contents of your records.
3. Not a medical device, not for emergencies
MyPsyche is not a medical device within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2017/745 and is not intended for diagnosis, prevention, monitoring, prediction, prognosis, treatment or alleviation of disease. MyPsyche is not a crisis service: it does not monitor portal content in real time and must not be relied on in emergencies. In an emergency, contact local emergency services (112 in the EU).
4. Your duties
- Obtain and document any consents your law and professional ethics require (including for session recordings — the product asks you to attest to this).
- Use the standardized instruments (e.g. YSQ-L3, SMI) only as permitted by their rights holders; instrument copyrights remain with those rights holders.
- Keep your credentials confidential and your account secure.
- Comply with your own controller obligations under the GDPR; our Data Processing Agreement governs our processing on your behalf.
5. Subscriptions
Plans and prices are listed on the pricing page (per clinician, excluding VAT). Trials are free and require no card. Paid plans can be changed or cancelled at any time; annual plans prepay twelve months at the discounted rate.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law. We do not accept liability for clinical decisions, which remain yours under clause 2.
7. Termination & data
You may export your data and terminate at any time. On termination we delete or return personal data per the Data Processing Agreement, subject to statutory retention duties applying to you as a healthcare professional.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of [GOVERNING LAW — e.g. Poland or the Netherlands]; courts of [VENUE] have jurisdiction. Provider: [COMPANY LEGAL NAME], [ADDRESS], [REGISTER + NUMBER], VAT [VAT ID], contact [CONTACT EMAIL].
